Inside the tent, my friend’s daughter celebrated her law school graduation on the grounds of the Hartford Seminar. Funny how the study of law found itself rooted in a place devoted to theology. The light reflecting off the canvas felt mysterious and stirring, almost ghostly, stretching outward in an elusive glow that wrapped around the grey, textured building.
